Agency

The Agency Dashboard (Agency plan) brings together team and roles, shared credit pools, shared profiles and an asset library. Owners and admins have extended rights; voice memos and images paid for from the agency pool are kept in the asset library and are visible to all members. Anyone the owner has given the ‘Edit assets’ right in the team can listen to and rework them in the Voice-Memo Studio (‘Assets’ tab). It's its own window.

On the Agency plan, members share a common pool of 15,000 credits per month. Through shifts and allocations, the agency controls how the balance is used among its staff. Seats have no free credit of their own — they draw from the pool. Five seats are included in the plan; each additional one costs €39 per month.

The asset library collects shared files. When adding files, duplicates are detected so the same file isn't stored twice. Owners and admins can delete. A deleted file stays in the library's ‘Trash’ tab for a week and can be restored from there; after that, it's gone for good. The app only asks first when you delete several selected files at once. Listening is free; anyone who pulls someone else's file out of the library pays the price from the ‘What costs what’ section — while dragging, the tile at the bottom of the screen shows it, and ESC cancels at no cost.
