Info cards and timers

Info cards store information (e.g. contact details) and can be retrieved by voice command. There are card types (Info/Note/Prompt). You can move cards into folders. With “Import from file” in the “Info” tab, you can have an image or PDF recognized. In a preview you then decide which cards are created or added to.

Say the info trigger word plus a name to retrieve a saved info card by voice, e.g. “info lucas”. The card opens as a window; if there are several matches, you get a selection first. Clicking the copy icon next to a value puts it on the clipboard.

You import a PDF or image via “Import from file” in the “Info” tab. The columns are recognized, and in the preview you choose whether new cards are created or an existing one is added to. Handy for quickly turning tables or lists into cards. You pay per recognition, not per import: several files one at a time cost several times, with “It all belongs together” only once. The price is shown in the import window on the “Recognize” button before you click.

You can set timers by voice, e.g. “timer andreas 2 minutes”. Running timers appear at the top by the notch; you click away finished ones there. You choose the timer sound in the “Info” tab, “Timer” card, “Finish sound” row.

You can use your own sounds for the timer: put an .mp3 or .wav file in your chatFlow sound folder, and it shows up automatically in the timer sound menu. Flo opens the folder for you on request. Good free sources are Pixabay, Mixkit, Kenney and Zapsplat.
