Account and pricing
Access: 7-day trial, then a subscription
There is NO free tier. After signing up, you're on a 7-day trial with the scope of the Solo plan and 200 credits to start. Anything marked “Pro plan only” in the app stays locked during the trial as well. The trial week is available once per Mac: if another account signs in on the same Mac, its trial ends immediately and its trial credits expire. When the trial runs out, a subscription is required, even for the local models: the app then locks behind a barrier until you choose a plan. Dictionaries, templates and achievements are kept. During the trial, a banner at the top shows how many days are left. If you've already paid and still see the lock: “Already paid? Reload” fetches the status fresh from the server.
Subscription tiers and pricing
Three tiers, monthly: · Solo — €29: local models unlimited, 1,500 credits per month, ONE trained voice active; the features marked “Pro plan only” aren't included. · Pro — €49: everything in Solo, 2,500 credits per month, unlimited trained voices. · Agency — €299: 5 seats, 15,000 pool credits per month, team & roles, credit pools & shifts, shared profiles and asset library. An ADDITIONAL seat beyond the five included costs €39 per month and is billed pro rata for the current period; if you remove it again, the remainder is credited back. Seats have no free credit of their own — they draw from the agency's pool. Almost everything is open to every tier, including all training sizes. What only Pro and Agency have is marked “Pro plan only” in the app: the stronger chat models, most of the image command models, the Flow Max translator and passing on your own configurations (importing stays free for everyone). You change your plan in the profile via the “Plan” button; the “Choose plan” window opens, and before a downgrade the app shows you honestly what you'll lose.
The two credit pots
Your balance consists of two pots. FREE credits are your plan's monthly credits — they expire at the end of the billing period. PURCHASED credits come from a purchase and never expire. With normal usage, the free credits are ALWAYS used first, so nothing goes unused and expires. Training your own voice doesn't use credits at all: it's bought individually in euros before it starts. The profile shows both pots separately, so you can see what expires at the end of the period and what stays.
Buying credits
You top up your balance in the profile via “Buy credits”. Packs: 1,000 credits for €12, 5,000 for €50, 15,000 for €120. The large pack with 50,000 credits for €350 is reserved for the Agency plan. Alternatively, there's the custom amount: you enter an amount yourself, one credit costs 1.2 cents, minimum €5. After the purchase, the credits are added automatically and the number briefly lights up green. Purchased credits don't expire. The bigger the pack, the cheaper each credit: 1.2 cents in the 1,000 pack, 1.0 cent in the 5,000 pack, 0.8 cents in the 15,000 pack. So if you want to save, don't buy small packs more often — buy a bigger one once.
What costs what (credit prices)
All values in credits: · Dictation, local model: free. · Dictation, cloud recognition: 1 per started 3 minutes of recording. A session runs up to 10 minutes; if you speak for longer than 3 minutes, the rest is charged afterwards as soon as the actual duration is known. If an existing file is transcribed, or the app falls back to the backup route (the live connection couldn't be established, e.g. because the beginning was too quiet): the same rate, 1 per started 3 minutes. · Translation, local (Flow Air, Flow Plus): free. Translation with Flow Pro: 1 per started 3 minutes of recording — the translation rides along in the same cloud recognition that transcribes your dictation, and there's no separate price for it. So if your speech model is already set to Flow Max, Flow Pro costs nothing extra; if it's set to a local model, it's choosing Flow Pro that creates the cloud recognition — and with it, the credit. Translation with Flow Max: 3 per started 500 characters, per translation with no carry-over. So two dictations of 300 characters each cost 3 + 3, not 6 for 600 together. If your speech model is also running on Flow Max, 1 credit of the recording is credited back — the translation covers it, so you don't pay twice for the same dictation. · Voice memo with AI voice: 25 (Instant), 25 (Design), 35 (Signature). · AI text in Spark: 3. Spark chat: 5 per reply — with the Grok 4.2 model (Pro and Agency plans only) it's 10 per reply, because it costs us about twice as much. The Spark chat isn't visible at the moment; the prices apply as soon as it's back. · PDF → info cards: 2. · Search in the floating chat: 5 per question. The chat itself also costs 5 per reply; if the web is checked for the answer, it stays at 5 — so the search costs nothing extra. The price is shown in the chat window before you send the question. · Image command: 15 to 50 depending on the selected model — the price is shown on each model in the “Image command (AI)” window (in Spark via the “Image” tool). · Separate speakers: 1 per started minute. · Speech analysis (“Analysis”): 2 per minute, billed to the second, at least 1 per recording. · Enhance, Separation · Pro, Remove reverb, Remove noise, Clearer: 20 each per started minute. · All local processing tools (Rumble filter, Denoise, Normalize, AI denoise) and “Check clips”: free. · Pulling something out of the agency library: 10 per file that isn't yours (memo, image or clip — including “Load word” from the original of an agency clip and “Use as original track” in the ‘Assets’ tab). Playback is free. You're only charged when you drop it on a target that accepts the file, when saving after “Save”, or when applying it with the click; ESC or dropping into empty space costs nothing. Your own files, and grabbing the same file again within 30 minutes, cost nothing. · A match from the agency library when generating a voice memo: 10; dragging this memo later costs nothing more. · Training your own voice: see its own section — the price depends on the amount of material. Your actual spending is shown under Expenses & Statistics.
Expenses & Statistics
Under Expenses & Statistics you can see what your credits were spent on — by category and for a selectable period (24 hours, 7 days, this month, last month). Below that are the receipts of your top-ups with timestamps.
How much credit do you have left
You can see your balance in the profile and under Expenses & Statistics — split into free and purchased credits. That's also where you see what you've used this month and on what.
Profile & sign-in
In the profile you sign in with an email code, see your balance and your username, and open further sections: Plan, Expenses & Statistics, Groups & Chat, Consents and Achievements. If you belong to an agency, you'll also see ‘Agency’ there. An account is required for all cloud and credit features.
Change your username (@username)
You change your @username in the profile window in the ‘Profile’ card. You can freely correct your first name. After a change, there's a short grace period for typos; after that, the name is fixed for a few days; the profile shows when it's free again. The copy icon next to the name copies it.
Consents / revoking permissions
Under Consents you can see which permissions you've granted (e.g. access to your history or voices shared with an agency) and revoke them individually.
